Our mission is to prevent early school dropouts by addressing the real reason behind them, financial instability at home. Many families expect their children to earn because household income is not enough. We provide families with financial support equivalent to what their child would earn through labour. The only condition we set is that the child’s school attendance remains above 90% after receiving this support. By doing this, we remove the financial reason for dropout and make regular schooling a stable and practical choice for the family.
We envision a future where no child leaves school because their family depends on their earnings. A future where early education remains stable, continuous, and protected during the most vulnerable years of learning. We want classrooms to remain a child’s primary space not workplaces and for education to feel financially secure, not financially risky, for families.
We believe problems should be solved at their root, not at the surface. Instead of only encouraging families to value education, we support them economically so that schooling becomes a practical and sustainable choice. We value dignity, transparency, and accountability linking our financial support to regular school attendance and long-term continuity. Our work is guided by one principle: education should not compete with survival.
