Our Volunteers Style 01

We didn’t start with a solution. We started by noticing something that didn’t feel right.

Children weren’t leaving school because they didn’t want to learn. They were leaving because something, somewhere, made it difficult to continue. And most of the time, that “something” was not visible in a one-day visit or a short interaction.

Founders’ Message

As entrepreneurs, Gaurav Luthra and Lhingdeinei Kipgen are used to breaking down problems and understanding what actually drives them. When we looked closely, we realized that many well-meaning efforts focus on moments: a donation, a visit, a distribution drive. But the problem we are trying to solve doesn’t exist in moments. It exists in everyday life.

A child staying in school is not a one-time decision. It’s something that has to be supported consistently, quietly, patiently, and over time.

That is why we chose a different path. Instead of focusing on one-time help, we focus on continuity. Instead of creating short-term impact, we try to build conditions that last. It’s a slower approach, and sometimes a harder one but it’s honest to the problem we are trying to solve.

SkyOS is our attempt to do this the right way, not the fastest way, not the easiest way, but a way that truly makes it possible for a child to keep showing up to school, day after day.
